Preferred Plus Auto Leads:
•   All drivers are at-fault accident free and ticket free for the past 3 years
•   Continuously insured for 2 or more years
•   At least one driver listed must be 25 or older

Preferred Auto Leads:
•   All drivers are at-fault accident free for the past 3 years
•   No more than one ticket in the household for the past 3 years
•   Currently insured
•   At least one drivers listed must be 22 or older

Specialty Standard Auto Leads:
•   All drivers are ticket free for the past 3 years
•   No more than one at-fault accident in the household for the past 3 years
•   Currently insured
•   At least one driver listed must be 22 or older

Standard Plus Auto Leads:
•   All drivers are at-fault accident free with no more than one ticket in the household for the past 3 years
•   Not currently insured
•   At least one driver listed must be 22 or older

Standard Auto Leads:
•   If lead does not fit into the top 4 risk types, it will filter into the Standard Category
•   This category will include multiple tickets, accidents, DUI’s, etc

Juvenile Auto Leads:
•   If all drivers listed on the lead are under the age of 19, they will automatically filter to the Juvenile category

Home Insurance Leads:
•   Homeowners insurance

Renters Insurance Leads:
•   Tenant content coverage

Preferred Individual Medical Leads:
•   The following conditions will be filtered out:
   –   AIDs & HIV
   –   Alzheimer’s
   –   Cancer
   –   Heart, Kidney, Liver, and Pulmonary Diseases
   –   Stroke
   –   Mental Illness
   –   Diabetes
   –   Pregnancy
   –   BMI
   –   20 years old and younger (all applicants)
   –   64 years old and older (all applicants)

Individual Medical Leads:
•   Leads will include conditions listed above.

Medicare Leads:
•   All applicants are 64 and older

Small Group Medical Leads:
•   2-12 employees

Large Group Medical Leads:
•   13+ employees

Preferred Life Insurance Leads:
•   Preferred life leads filter out the following conditions:
   –   AIDs & HIV
   –   Alzheimer’s
   –   Cancer
   –   Heart, Kidney, Liver, and Pulmonary Diseases
   –   Stroke
   –   Mental Illness
   –   BMI
   –   80 years old and older
   –   Under age 25

Life Insurance Leads:
•   Regular Life leads will include conditions listed above.

Commercial Property & Casualty Leads:
•   Business Owners Policy
•   Commercial Auto
•   Commercial General Liability

Workers Compensation Leads:
•   Business Lead

Mortgage Protection Insurance Leads
•   Declining balance term life insurance
