When a sender is not included in your contact list, sometimes the sender's emails can go straight to your junk folder. To make sure you receive email communications from NetQuote, be sure to complete the following steps appropriate for your specific email provider.

AOL
1. Open the NetQuote e–mail
2. Click the “Add Address” icon
3. Edit the contact details to include nqtalks@netquote.com
4. Click “Save”
Comcast
1. Open the NetQuote e–mail from your inbox
2. Click “Address Book” link from the left menu
3. Click “Add Contact” at the top of your Address Book
4. Type, or copy and paste, enewsletter@email.netquote.com into the
e–mail address field
4. Click “Add”
Earthlink
1. Open the NetQuote e–mail from your inbox
2. Click “Address Book” on the left navigation bar of your mailbox
3. Click the “Add” button
4. Type, or copy and paste, enewsletter@email.netquote.com in the
e–mail field provided and then click the Save button.
(All other fields are optional.)
Gmail
1. Open theNetQuote e–mail from your inbox
2. Click “More Options” in the header
3. An Options Menu will appear
4. Click “Add sender to Contacts List”
Hotmail
1. Open the NetQuote e–mail from your inbox
2. Click “Save Address” in the toolbar
3. Edit the contact details
4. Click “OK”
Outlook
1. Open the NetQuote e–mail, either by double clicking it in the inbox or viewing it in the
reading pane.
2. Left click the sender icon, or right-click the sender’s name
3. Click “Add to Outlook Contacts”
4. Click “Save and Close”
Yahoo!
1. Open the NetQuote e–mail
2. Click “Add to Address Book” to the right of the sender’s name
3. Edit the contact details
4. Click “Add to Address Book”
