Q. How will it look on my bill?
A. There will be a line item on page 1 of the invoice that says, LiveLead, that sums the amount owed.
Each lead that went through the LiveLead delivery method will show as costing $4 more in the itemized lead pages.
Q. What if there is more than one agent in the same area with the LiveLead delivery method?
A. Each agent will have their leads sent to CSG at the exact same time to a unique call center rep. Then there is a 50/50 chance that one or the other gets the transfer first
Q. Why can’t CSG credit the leads for the agent?
A. We cannot give CSG access to the financial aspects of any accounts, including credits.
Q. Do I have to do it for all of my leads?
A. No. You can choose by product or geography based on portfolio.
Q. Can I quit at any time?
A. Yes. Just call in and ask the service reps to remove that lead delivery method.
