Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day activities of several Million $ Local National accounts
- Assist in role-out strategies and management for new relationships
- Analyzing accounts in order to optimize the growth opportunities

Manage monthly governance calls for Local National accounts

Handle escalated client concerns

Run monthly reports for invoicing and data analysis

Manage travel schedule for the team

Required Skills:
- 3+ years Account Management / Senior level Customer Care
- Insurance experience is helpful
- Project management skills
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced business environment
- Excellent communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft products
